做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
