做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
