做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
