做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
