做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
