做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
