做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
