做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
